I am a trained archivist working as a consultant with individuals through to large institutions, drawing on my archival training and experience of cultural and artistic settings to help clients organise, manage, curate and benefit creatively and commercially from their archives.
Within the creative sector, physical and digital material created as part of day-to-day activities might include papers, correspondence, diaries and notebooks, objects, audiovisual material, ephemera, emails, photography and digital files. Collectively, these archive materials can offer a rich and invaluable insight into an individual’s life, ethos, working processes and creative output, or in the case of a larger practice or organisation, the legacy of its development, activities and wider historical and cultural context.
Read here about the different ways in which I work with clients and their archives.
